Mt Tam Fitness Boot Camp is an ongoing outdoor fitness program, centered around hard work creating great results. We combine high calorie burning cardio exercise with resistance training, and flexibility training, in order to melt fat, build lean muscle and keep your body healthy. All fitness levels are welcome as the program is adaptable to everyone’s needs and goals.

What to Bring:

  • Please bring water. We recommend a hydration pack. Mat (if desired) May or may not be used during each session.

  • Running Shoes. Trail shoes are best.  We will spend most of our time on dirt.

  • Comfortable Workout Attire.  Always look at the weather report.  

  • Resistance Band(s) 

Bootcamp is a drop in format so you come to as many classes as you want based on your schedule. I am happy to start up a new one if you have 4 or more people that want to get together and get fit.

Whether you’re just starting off and need some tips and someone to ride with, or if you’re looking to advance up to a higher level, we have race tested skills to help you surpase your potential.
